Finding Balance Through Practice

This self-initiated project focused on refining my working style as both a designer and individual, exploring how to balance ambition with well-being through hands-on experiences and intentional reflection.

As part of this journey, I took on a part-time internship as Social Media Manager at Makeful, where I created brand-aligned content and reusable templates to support engagement in the 3D-printed fashion space. I also designed and facilitated a workshop at the STREAM Festival, introducing children and parents to 4D Textiles through playful, hands-on activities. These experiences allowed me to explore my interests in teaching and content creation while improving practical skills like time management, communication, and adaptability.

Through journaling and guided self-reflection, I identified recurring patterns in my approach to work, such as over-commitment and procrastination, and learned to prioritize tasks that align with my values. This project helped me shape a more sustainable, fulfilling design practice by combining productivity with clarity, care, and intention.
